Workshop Overview:
This engaging 10-day module will be delivered over five weeks, with sessions held twice a week. Each 45-minute session will equip students with practical strategies and real-world applications, emphasizing the critical role relationships play in mastering successful business practices. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will learn to cultivate genuine, long-term connections with their peers and future colleagues. By the end of the module, participants will not only grasp the importance of nurturing these relationships but will also leave with actionable tools to implement in their daily lives.

Follow-Up Workshop Proposal: Especially for those students looking to start their own business after graduation or after college.
Upon completion of the first module, students will be invited to a follow-up workshop designed to put their newly acquired skills into practice. This additional 10-day workshop will also take place over five weeks, allowing students to engage in hands-on activities and real-world scenarios that reinforce their learning. Each session will focus on practical applications, enabling students to actively practice and refine their relationship-building skills in a supportive environment.

By the end of this follow-up workshop, participants will have deepened their understanding of effective communication and collaboration, as well as developed the confidence to implement these skills in their daily interactions and future careers. I believe this continuation will further enhance their learning experience and help solidify the habits they’ve begun to form.
